Scope: Demolition plan and Structural Inspection
Onyx Structural were appointed by the local authority to undertake an emergency assessment of 5 heavily fire damaged, non standard construction properties to determine the most suitable method of demolition.
Furthermore, Onyx were appointed to assess surrounding properties and appraise their structural acceptability.
Onyx Structural provided additional support by means of temporary works designs associated with the demolition and safe removal of the debris from site alongside structural inspection reports for neighbouring properties.
Onyx Structural also procured a party wall survey between the affected properties and neighbouring properties and oversaw the design and installation of new party wall fencing.
